The Dublin Tech Summit has become the latest event to be impacted by the Covid-19 outbreak.
The event, which attracts over 10,000 global attendees, had been due to take place in April.
But it has now been postponed until September 9 and 10.
In a statement, Dublin Tech Summit said it had always put the safety of its patrons, partners and attendees first.
"It is for this reason that we, like many other international companies, have had to consider the safety of our global community in light of the ever-changing nature of the coronavirus," it said.
The summit organisers also said they were cognisant of their responsibility to protect the safety of the tech community and prevent the further spread of this virus.
"Based on the information provided by leading health organisations and the outlook on Covid-19, we have made the decision to reschedule DTS from our planned April date," they added.
