Sports streaming service, DAZN, is to launch in Ireland.
The rapidly growing platform is coming here as part of an expansion to over 200 countries and territories.
The initial phase will be focused on boxing and will offer English language streams of fights being run by some of the world's top promotional companies.
These include Golden Boy Promotions, Matchroom Boxing USA and GGG Promotions.
The first will be Canelo Alvarez’s fight during the Cinco De Mayo weekend event on May 2.
The service will also include fights involving Ireland’s two weight world champion, Katie Taylor.
"Our roster of championship fighters represents some of the world’s most popular athletes and we’ll be working with them to stage spectacular international events for years to come," said DAZN Group Executive Chairman John Skipper.
Based in the UK the DAZN Group has 2,800 employees in over 25 countries.
The DAZN service is already available in nine countries.
The service will be made available through an app on smart TVs, set-top boxes, streaming sticks, smartphones, tablets, PCs and game consoles.
