Almost 50 new jobs will be created in Co Meath with the opening of a new office for a HR company.
HR Duo in Dunshaughlin currently employs 13 people. It plans to increase its workforce to 60 over the next three years.
The company offers HR expertise and technology solutions for SMEs.
The company's chief executive Jerome Forde set up the company in 2016.
He said it soon became clear that SMEs needed access to the same HR expertise as multinationals.
"Through the use of technology and HR expertise, we created an integrated HR platform. This unique software automates the day to day HR practises and enables SMEs to manage their people management requirements" he said.
The company has also developed a HR helpline to support farmers, which will come on stream for IFA members in April.
The Director of Organisation with the IFA, James Kelly, said HR can be a very complex area and this initiative will help farmers concentrate on day to day operations whilst having their HR requirements looked after.
