Paddy Power Betfair has appointed Dan Taylor as CEO of its Europe operations and Barni Evans as CEO of Sportsbet, the group's operations in Australia.
Both positions will report to the group's chief executive Peter Jackson.
The company said that Dan Taylor will be responsible for the Paddy Power and Betfair brands across all channels and geographies outside of the US. The position is a new one within the company.
Mr Taylor was previously managing director of the Group's UK and Ireland operations, and before that he was managing director of Paddy Power Retail.
Cormac Barry, who has led the Sportsbet business since it was acquired in 2009, has decided to step down to pursue a career outside of the industry.
Mr Barry has been appointed as CEO of travel tech platform CarTrawler, taking up the role in April.
He will be replaced by Barni Evans, who has played a key role in Sportsbet's success over the last seven years.
Mr Evans is currently Sportsbet's Chief Commercial Officer, having joined the business as chief marketing officer in 2011.
Paddy Power Betfair shares closed nearly 4% lower in Dublin trade today.
