Paddy Power Betfair has said that its chief operating officer Andy McCue is to leave the company.
This follows the completion of a merger deal between Paddy Power and Betfair in February.
Mr McCue was CEO of Paddy Power from January 2015 up until the completion of the merger. He had joined the business in 2006.
"I leave Paddy Power Betfair following the completion of the merger and in the knowledge that this combination will be greater than the sum of its parts," Mr McCue said in a statement.
"I have thoroughly enjoyed leading and working closely with a great team of people who have created a dynamic and successful business. I feel now is the right time to pursue new opportunities and, in doing so, wish everyone in Paddy Power Betfair the very best for the future," he added.
Earlier this month, the company's chief executive Breon Corcoran said that the financial year had started well for Paddy Power Betfair.
"The revenue growth momentum has continued and trading across the group is in line with our expectation," Mr Corcoran said.
Shares in the company were lower in Dublin trade today.
