Jeroen Hoencamp is to succeed Charles Butterworth as the new chief executive officer of Vodafone Ireland from July 1.
Mr Hoencamp joins the Irish business from Vodafone Netherlands, where he has held a number of senior positions since joining in 1998.
Mr Butterworth has headed Vodafone Ireland for the past three years and will rejoin the company's UK business at the end of June.
