A new security services company says it plans to create 100 new jobs before the end of this year.
The jobs are coming after a phased merger between two security companies, Rapier Security Group and Express Security Group.
The combined company, to be known as Synergy Security Solutions, currently employs 800 people. It says the new jobs will come about through growth in its own business and acquisitions.
The managing director of Synergy, John Lawlor, was formerly MD of Rapier, while former Express Security MD Ken O'Reilly is the new company's operations director.
