UTV Media has appointed Shane Reihill as non-executive director.
Mr Reihill is executive chairman of investment company TVC Holdings, which earlier this year bought a 15% stake in UTV to become its largest shareholder.
Mr Reihill established Trinity Venture Capital in 1997 and floated the company as TVC Holdings in July last year.
