Enterprise Ireland is to invest €4m in Norkom Technologies, which will create over 100 new jobs in Dublin.
70 of the 111 jobs will be in research and development.
Norkom said the investment will fund expansion plans which will enable the company to significantly scale up its growth.
Norkom, which this year bought US-based Digital Harbour for up to $36.5m, said the grant from Enterprise Ireland would be paid at agreed milestones over three years.
Norkom supplies software to global financial services companies to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing and fraud.
