ITV, Britain's biggest commercial broadcaster, has said its total advertising revenue is down by 5.7% for the six months to June, compared with an overall flat market.
It said advertising revenue at the main ITV1 channel is down by 9.6% over the first half of 2007 compared with a year ago.
Over the first 17 weeks of 2007 to 29 April, the ITV family of channels achieved a viewing share in UK multi-channel homes of 21.9%, which was slightly ahead of the same period in 2006.
