Dublin-listed mobile phone group Getmobile Europe has agreed to buy German company KK Media in a deal worth around €2.5m.
Based near Frankfurt, KK Media is an internet based seller of mobile phone contracts and mobile phones in the German market and is best known for its www.preiswerthandy.de website.
It was founded in 2003 and posted after-tax profits of around €500,000 last year on turnover of just under €10m.
