Communications group Calyx has appointed Peter Jenkins as chief financial officer from August 21. He also joins the company's board.
Mr Jenkins co-founded Numerica Group plc as group finance director in 2001 and was CEO from March 2004 to June 2005, at which time the group was acquired by Vantis.
