Norkom valued at €100m after float

Shares in Norkom, which provides software for financial institutions, began trading in London and Dublin this morning.

The company is being listed on Dublin's IEX and London's AIM markets. In conjunction with the listing, Norkom has raised €21m through the placing of new and existing shares. The listing values the company at €100m.

The company provides software which helps financial institutions to combat fraud and other types of financial crime. Norkom's customers include HSBC, AIB, Rabobank and National Australia Group.

Norkom's revenues grew by nearly 50% to €18m in the year to the end of March, while earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation in the same period were €3.3m. It employs 135 people.
