Exploration company Ovoca Resources has changed its name to Ovoca Gold following approval at an AGM earlier this year.
The company has also acquired two new licences to explore for metals adjacent to and to the south-west of its current Kolmozero-Voronya licence in the Kola Peninsula in Russia.
