Mobile phone dealer Commerial Wireless is to acquire Cork based Choice Communications.
The two companies supply mobile phones and related services to the Irish corporate market.
Commercial Wireless was formed in December 2003 by Conor Headon and Ronan Murphy after they sold their mobile phone dealership Cellular World to 02.
Following the acquisition, Commercial Wireless will employ over 50 people.
