Contact Partners is to hire an extra 125 staff in Castlebar, Co Mayo, following its takeover of the KNXUS operations in the town.
The existing 175 staff in Castlebar will be kept on, bringing Contact's total staff numbers in the town to 300.
The company, which provides sales and customer care services for financial services and telecoms companies, is also bringing forward recruitment plans for its Shannon facility announced in November. It will now be hiring 105 people immediately in Shannon.
Contact Partners chairman John Mayo said the Castlebar acquisition would allow the company to cope with the new business it was winning in Ireland and the UK.
The KNXUS centre was involved in controversy last month over a delay in paying workers their Christmas wages.
