Former Fianna Fail TD and Senator Dr Brian Hillery has joined the board of Independent News & Media as a non-executive director.
Dr Hillery is currently chairman of exploration company Providence Resources. He has served as a director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and ICC Bank.
