Datalex chief executive Neil Beck is to stand down after deciding to return to the US full time for personal reasons.
The board has commenced the process of finding a suitable successor and will make a further announcement in due course.
In a statement Beck said he had originally made a commitment to stay with Datalex for a period of three years and having nearly completed that commitment he wanted to give the board some time to find his successor.
