Media Lab Europe, the Dublin-based research partner of the MIT Media Lab, has appointed Dr Simon Jones as managing director with effect from October 1.
Dr Jones had most recently been Dean of Engineering & Design at the University of Bath in England. He specialises in computer systems, electronics and IT.
