Dublin-based e-learning company Electric Paper, which is part of ThirdForce, has won a contract to supply its computer skills software through the Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA), which is an arm of local government in England and Wales.
Electric Paper has begun the roll-out of a pilot programme of its ECDL courseware. The European Computer Driving Licence is a European-wide qualification which enables people to acquire and demonstrate their competence in computer skills.
