UTV Internet was named as Ireland's Best Digital Media Service Provider at the O2 Digital Media Awards ceremony last night.
A subsidiary of UTV, UTV Internet was launched as an all-Ireland internet service provider in June 2000. Last September UTV Internet launched UTVip, a flat rate internet service for Irish consumers.
Over 40% of UTV Internet's customers are now based in the Republic of Ireland and the company is now the third largest internet service provider in Ireland.
