Mobile operator O2 Ireland says its camera phone will be available from its stores by the middle of this month.
The Sharp phone allows users to take, send and receive images. Vodafone last week launched its camera phone.
O2 says its camera phone will cost €299 for contract customers and €399 for prepaid customers.
* O2 has also launched its Extended Office product for corporate customers, which provides an always on connection between mobile phones or devices and the Local Area Networks (LANs) of O2's corporate customers.
