UTV Internet has launched voice and flat rate Internet services for Irish consumers.
It says it is offering savings of 25% on Eircom call rates for local, national and international voice calls, and off peak Internet access for a flat rate of €29.99 per month.
There is a joining fee of €30 but this is being waived for all sign-ups before Christmas.
UTV Internet managing director Scott Taunton said 42% of its customers were now based in the Republic.
