Former Baltimore chief executive Fran Rooney has joined the board of web development group Epionet.
The company hopes the appointment will help its efforts to target international markets.
'The company has developed exciting technology which will offer customers a highly effective platform for managing their web services strategy,' said Fran Rooney.
Epionet was founded in 1997 and employs 24 people.
