The country's third mobile operator Meteor has announced a date for the launch of its services, promising some of the lowest charges available.
Meteor will launch its 085 network on February 22 and is offering unlimited half-price national calls until the end of April to pre-registed customers.
Callers will be able to register for the new service from February 1.
