Media group Scottish Radio Holdings, which owns Ireland on Sunday and has a 22% stake in Today FM, says it is still in talks with a number of parties which may lead to an offer for the company.
SRH announced late last year that it would conduct a strategic review of its options, following takeover speculation.
Shareholders at its AGM were told today that the board was reviewing the results of this process.
The AGM also heard that revenues in SRH's first quarter were up 16%, mainly from acquisitions. Revenues for existing businesses were flat due to weaker advertising demand.
