As pilgrims continue to arrive in Vatican City preparations for the funeral of Pope Francis, and subsequent conclave, are under way.
Cardinals have arrived in the city, 113 of whom took part in a meeting this morning which lasted about three hours according to the Vatican.
Meetings are being held to discuss logistical matters ahead of the conclave, which is not expected to begin until at least 6 May.
This morning, it was agreed that Fr Donoto Ogliari, who is an Italian abbot, will deliver the first meditation on Monday.
Meditation refers to informal discussions and negotiations between cardinals prior to the formal voting process.
A second meditation will be delivered by Italian Cardinal Raniero Cantalamessa Preacher Emeritus of the Papal Household at the beginning of the conclave.

Earlier, the Vatican announced that people will be able to visit the pope's tomb at Santa Maria Maggiore (St Mary Major) from the morning of Sunday 27 April, the day after his burial.
The basilica, which is located around 4km from the Vatican, was dear to Pope Francis because of his devotion to Mary.
Many have been gathering to pray at the basilica since his death.
At St Peter's Square, thousands continue to queue in the hot Italian sun.
61,000 people have filed through St Peter's Basilica since it opened yesterday morning.
