Gardaí have warned the public of road closures and potential traffic disruption stemming from the visit of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to Ireland.
Mr Zelensky arrived at Dublin Airport last night alongside First Lady Olena Zelenska.
He is due to hold a bilateral meeting with the Taoiseach and pay a courtesy call to President Catherine Connolly.
Traffic restrictions will be in place on Chesterfield Avenue in the Phoenix Park from 10am until 1pm.
There will also be restrictions on Kildare Street, Merrion Street, Merrion Square and in the vicinity of Government Buildings from 11am.
Traffic restrictions will also be in place on St Stephen's Green South, St Stephen's Green East and Leeson Street from 3.30pm.
Gardaí have advised of localised road closures to facilitate events and temporary rolling road closures to facilitate security escorts, particularly in Dublin city centre.
The impact of any traffic disruption is intended to be localised and minimal, gardaí said, adding that they will update people on any potential disruption as soon as possible.
People travelling to Dublin Airport this evening have been urged to allow additional time to arrive at the airport due to possible rolling road closures.
