Four men have been arrested after herbal cannabis worth over €4.4 million was seized yesterday during searches in Dublin and Kildare.
Gardaí and Revenue officers initially seized over 220kg of the drug before a further 10.5kg worth €210,000, and €10,000 in cash were seized in follow-up searches.
The searches were carried out in south Dublin and in Kildare.
The men, all aged in their 30s, are being held in separate garda stations in the capital and in Kildare.
