A 21-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a 28-year-old man in Co Down.
Jordan Webb was pronounced dead at the scene, the PSNI said.
Neighbours said Mr Webb lived in the house for around four years.
Police and ambulance personnel responded to a report at a house shortly after 7.45am in the New Harbour Road area of Portavogie.
Detective Inspector Hollie McCartan from the PSNI's Major Investigation Team said: "Sadly, Mr Jordan Webb was pronounced dead at the scene.
"My thoughts are with Jordan's family and loved ones at this most difficult time."

She said the news "will bring both shock and sadness to the close-knit community of Portavogie".
"Local people will see police officers in and around the area, with cordons still in place," she said.
Forensic officers examined the scene to try to establish what happened while detectives conducted door to door enquiries.
PSNI officers appealed to anyone with information to contact them on 101, quoting reference number 246 of 03/11/2025.
Police are particularly keen to hear from anyone who was in the New Harbour Road area of Portavogie between midday yesterday and 8am this morning, and who "witnessed or heard anything untoward", or who may have captured dash cam footage.
