Gardaí say they are investigating two incidents where drones were flown over the site in Donabate in Co Dublin where they are continuing to search for a missing child.
The search for the boy, who has been missing for around four years, has been ongoing for the last nine days, but so far no trace of the child has been found.
The have been told the boy died of natural causes and was buried in the overgrown site on Portrane Road.
Drones were flown over the search site today and yesterday, in contravention of a temporary restricted airspace order imposed by the Irish Aviation Authority.
Gardaí say these two breaches of the geographic zone are under investigation and any images captured should not be used or circulated.
They have again appealed to the media to allow them the space and time to carry out the search operation "sensitively and sympathetically for everybody involved."
They also say they are not in a position to identify the boy or his family at this time.
