Two people have been arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run in Blanchardstown, Dublin, in which a husband and wife were killed last December.
A 40-year-old man, and a woman in her 30s, were arrested this morning are are currently detained at garda stations in Dublin.
Georgina Hogg Moore, 39, and her 40-year-old husband Anthony Hogg, were struck by a vehicle near Blanchardstown Shopping Centre on 26 December 2024.
Ms Hogg Moore was pronounced dead at the scene.
Her husband was seriously injured and later died at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown.
The couple had two children.
Gardaí have investigations into the incident are ongoing.
