Watch: Slow run club for women gathers pace in Dublin

The slow running trend is gathering pace in Ireland, with one club in Dublin regularly attracting 200 women to its events.

Slow running focuses on running distances at your own comfortable pace, no matter what that is.

There's no talk of personal bests or stopwatches.

Instead, the emphasis is on community and feeling happier and healthier.

Runners High Dublin, set up by Wicklow native Celina Stephenson almost a year ago, has more than 5,000 followers on Instagram.

The club is holding a special event tomorrow, with 400 women signed up to attend a 5km run to celebrate International Women's Day.
