Watch: Artists reflect on recent funding controversies

Two funding controversies have rocked the arts sector recently.

Earlier this week it was discovered that a scanner purchased for the National Gallery for €124,000 has gone unused for almost eight years.

The revelation came just weeks after it came to light that the Arts Council spent €7million on an unsuccessful technology upgrade.

We visited La Catedral Artists Studio in Dublin city centre to ask the artists in residence there how they feel about the controversies.
