Three men have been found guilty of the murder of gunman Tristan Sherry who died after he shot a man dead at a restaurant in Blanchardstown in Dublin, on Christmas Eve 2023.
Michael Andrecut, 23, from Sheephill Avenue in Blanchardstown, 18-year-old Noah Musueni from Corduff Park in Blanchardstown and 19-year-old David Amah from Hazel Grove, Portrane Road in Donabate, had pleaded not guilty to the charge, but were convicted at the Special Criminal Court.
Three others, 19-year-old Jonas Kabangu from Corduff Park in Blanchardstown, 18-year-old Diarmuid O'Brien from Corduff Place, and 21-year-old Brandon Hennessy, a son of the man who was shot, of Sheephill Avenue in Dublin 15, have been convicted of offences relating to the murder involving violent disorder at Browne's Steakhouse on Christmas Eve 2023.
A seventh man, Juares Kumbu, removed the firearm from the scene as the attack on Mr Sherry was coming to an end.
He pleaded guilty and is due to appear again in court next month.
Jason Hennessy senior later died from gunshot wounds he sustained that night.
The 48-year-old and his family had arrived for dinner at Browne's steakhouse on Christmas Eve.

The restaurant was full, and the group occupied tables and booths at the back.
Shortly after 8pm two gunmen walked in and went to the back of the restaurant where Mr Hennessy senior was standing holding a toddler.
One of the gunmen, Tristan Sherry, was carrying a submachine gun.
He was tackled to the ground by Jason Hennessy senior and never got up.
The 26-year-old was disarmed and attacked by a group, kicked, stamped on, struck with chairs, stabbed and shot in the shoulder.

The post-mortem established he sustained 27 sharp wound injuries, 16 of which were stab wounds and was beaten several times in the head and face with chairs, a brush and a metal bar sustaining severe scalp lacerations.
His blood was found on chairs, a folding knife, a metal bar, a butter knife and a brush.
Jason Hennessy senior was attended to and carried from the restaurant over Tristan Sherry while the attack continued.
He remained on the ground struggling for breath as he was beaten and stabbed to death.
Jason Hennessy senior died later in hospital from gunshot wounds.



The court found Andrecut, Musueni and Amah guilty of murder and Kabangu, O'Brien and Brandon Hennessy guilty of violent disorder.
All six men had pleaded not guilty but the three judges in the Special Criminal Court, Mr Justice Kerida Naidoo along with Judge Elma Sheahan and Judge James Faughnan convicted all six today.
All six were remanded in custody for sentencing on 7 April.
