A six-year-old boy joined thousands of volunteers at a wildfire donation centre in Los Angeles.
Oliver Lee and his father Danny were handing out bottled water at the donation drive at the Santa Anita Park racetrack in Arcadia, a city close to the Eaton Fire.
Volunteers waited in long lines for a chance to help with sorting through piles of donations that included clothing, water, nappies, and tinned and dry food.
The overflowing donation center was just one of many relief efforts across the region.
