A Co Monaghan boy who met Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp last year has said he broke down in tears when he heard the news that he will be leaving the club.
Dáire Gorman visited Anfield before Christmas after a video of him at his first game went viral.
The 12-year-old was born with a rare condition called Crommelin syndrome, meaning he was born without arms and without femur bones in his legs.
The sixth-class student said he was in school when his SNA broke the news of Mr Klopp's departure but he did not believe her at first because she is a Manchester United fan.
However, he said when the news was confirmed he was "devastated" but he had to fight back tears while he was in front of his classmates.

Dáire said he finally had a cry when the class had a break and he was on his way out to the yard to play.
He said: "The fact he spent so much time with me and dedicated his whole work day to give me the day I dreamed of and all the glory he given Liverpool and all the trophies he has given Liverpool, its sad to see him go, its sad to see him go.
"I've shed a few tears today. He means the world to me."

Jürgen Klopp mentioned Dáire during the video announcing his departure saying he would have explain his decision to leave.
"I cried whenever I seen it. It made me even more emotional that he mentioned me in the farewell video that he posted on Liverpool but I have to respect his decision.
"I have to respect its for personal reasons so i have to respect it but I am still devastated. It meant everything that he hasn't forgotten me. That he remembered everything about that day," Dáire said.
He described Mr Klopp as "genuine" and "down-to-earth" and believes that a statue to him should be erected at Anfield to mark his contribution to the club.
Dáire added he hopes Liverpool can win the Premier League title so that Mr Klopp's time with the club goes out on a high.
