An investigation has been launched by the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) following a workplace death in Co Meath.
The incident occurred on a farm yesterday afternoon at approximately 12:30pm.
A man aged in his 30s suffered fatal injuries.
Gardaí were called and attended the scene.
The local coroner has been notified.
