A man in his 50s has been arrested after more than €2.5 million worth of drugs were seized in Dublin.
Gardaí searched a residential premises in the south inner city area yesterday evening, after having stopped a vehicle shortly after 5pm.
Inside the premises, 15kg of heroin worth around €2.1m, 22kg of cannabis worth around €440,000, and cocaine worth around €35,000 were seized.
In addition, £43,000 in cash was recovered, as well as a hydraulic press, a vacuum packing machine, communication devices and other drug paraphernalia.
The arrested man is being held at Kilmainham Garda Station.
