A man has been charged over a fatal shooting in Ballyfermot earlier this month.
Michael Tormey was shot outside his home on Thomond Road, Ballyfermot on 9 January.
The man, who is 40 years old, is due to appear in court tomorrow morning.
A 39-year-old woman, who was also held in relation to the shooting, has been released without charge and a file has been sent to the DPP.
