Walk-in vaccine clinics return: Opening hours this weekend

Over 30,000 people availed of walk-in vaccine clinics over the Bank Holiday weekend and their success has prompted the Health Service Executive to reopen some of these centres again this weekend.

There is no need to register online before visiting one of these clinics but people are required to supply a mobile phone number, eircode, email address and photo ID, which contains their date of birth.

Where possible, a Personal Public Service number should be made available, but if people do not have a PPS number, they can still get vaccinated once proof of address is provided.

If people have already registered online and are waiting on an appointment for their first dose, they can choose to go to a walk-in clinic instead.

Those attending - who must be aged 16 or older - will receive a first dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

Here is a full list of when and where you can avail of a vaccine - without an appointment. (Subject to change - check the latest information here).
