More than 500 remote working jobs are to be created across Northern Ireland.
Hinduja Global Solutions UK, which is a new inward investor into Northern Ireland, made the announcement with Invest NI in Belfast today.
One hundred of the 565 jobs are already in place, with people recruited from every council area of Northern Ireland.
It is anticipated the remaining jobs will be created over the next three years.
Hinduja Global Solutions provides "business process management" and customer service solutions for companies.
All of the jobs can be home-based.
Economy Minister Diane Dodds said the project of this scale will deliver a real boost for the economy, and will generate additional annual salaries of around £10m (€11.63m) once fully implemented.
She said the project will provide job opportunities across all of Northern Ireland and give employment options for people in rural communities and those he will be attracted to working from home because of lifestyle or a necessity.
