A garda is being treated in hospital for injuries sustained during an incident in Dublin last night.
Gardaí were called to a house at Glenties Drive in Finglas following reports of a party being held at the property.
An 18-year-old woman was arrested under the Public Order Act and taken to Finglas Garda Station, where she was later charged.
During the course of this arrest a 17-year-old girl allegedly assaulted a garda and was arrested at the scene.
The injured garda was taken to the Mater Hospital.
Gardaí say a number of Fixed Penalty Notices will be issued "in due course".
