A man in his 20s arrested in connection with a road crash in Co Donegal this morning that left two people dead and three seriously injured has been released without charge.
A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The man had presented himself to Ballyshannon Garda Station.
The crash happened at Eastend in Bundoran at around 3.25am this morning.
A man and woman, both in their 20s, died when the blue Peugeot 306 car they were travelling in hit a wall.
Three others were taken to Sligo University Hospital.
One of them, a woman in her 20s, is in a critical condition.
She has been transferred to Beaumont Hospital in Dublin.
Two men in their 20s are being treated in Sligo for serious injuries.
It is understood that a number of the victims are from Co Fermanagh.
The crash happened close to a dangerous bend in a built-up part of the Eastend area of the town.

Local man Frankie O'Gorman said there is a history of serious crashes in the area and he said driving conditions were difficult at the time of this morning's incident due to heavy rainfall.
Gardaí have appealed to anyone with information to contact Ballyshannon Garda Station on 071 9858530, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any garda station.
They are liaising with the PSNI as part of their investigation.
