A man has been injured in a shooting incident in Dublin.
Gardaí say he was shot in the leg after he answered a knock on the front door of his home in the Bluebell area just after 11pm.
There were other people in the house at the time, but no one else was injured.
The gunman, who may have had an accomplice, fled the scene.
The injured man was taken to hospital where his condition is described as not life-threatening.
Gardaí have appealed for anyone with information to contact them.
