Hundreds of people have turned out in Dunleer tonight for a candlelit vigil for Cameron Reilly.
The 18-year-old was found dead in a field on the edge of the town at 8am on Saturday.
The church was packed to capacity and hundreds more stood outside holding candles.
18 candles formed the centre focus of the vigil, representing each year of Cameron's life.

Gardaí investigating his murder are appealing for help to locate his mobile phone.
It is understood gardaí believe the phone, an Apple iPhone 8 (64GB) with a green hard back cover and space grey in colour, could be key to the investigation.
Gardaí say they would like to speak to anyone who was in the Shamrock Hill area of Dunleer between Friday night and Saturday morning or to any motorist who may have dashcam footage.
Also residents and business owners have been asked to check their bins in case Cameron's phone might have been left in one of them.
He was last seen in the vicinity of Ardee Road, Dunleer in the early hours of Saturday morning at around 12.30am.
A post-mortem examination revealed that he had suffered a violent death.
The teenager had just finished his first year studying Hospitality at Dundalk Institute of Technology.
The Institute's President Michael Mulvey said: "We are shocked and deeply saddened by the news about the death of DkIT student, Cameron Reilly.
"On behalf of the entire Institute, I wish to extend our deepest sympathies to his family and friends at this time. Our thoughts and prayers go out to them."
Gardaí have appealed to anyone with information to contact Drogheda Garda Station on 041-9874200, or any garda station.
