Gardaí say they are not treating the death of a man in Co Donegal last weekend as suspicious.
The body of Gerry McCabe was discovered at his home on the Inishowen peninsula on Saturday.
It is understood the retired teacher, who was in his 70s, died following a fire in the house at Iskaeen near Muff.
His body was found after his neighbours told gardaí they could not get into the property.
Mr McCabe's body was found in the kitchen.
It is believed the fire was caused by a gas heater and was confined to a small area.
