A man has been arrested in connection with the discovery of two cannabis grow houses last summer.
Over €1.2 million worth of cannabis plants were seized when gardaí discovered the grow houses in Shankill, Co Dublin and Kilcullen, Co Kildare in June 2017.
The man, who is in his 50s, was detained earlier today in Kildare town.
He is being held at Dún Laoghaire Garda Station, where he can be detained for up to seven days.
Gardaí say their investigation is ongoing.
