A walker who had been missing on Carrauntoohil since last night has been found safe and well by Kerry Mountain Rescue.
The man, a German national believed to be in his 30s, has been airlifted to University Hospital Kerry by Shannon-based R115.

Kerry Mountain Rescue spokesperson Alan Wallace told RTÉ's Today with Damien O'Reilly that he was located high on the mountain in an area called the Bone.
The alarm was raised when the man contacted gardaí by mobile phone yesterday evening to say he was lost.
The search was suspended at about 1am and resumed this morning.
Three climbers who got into difficulty on Carrauntoohil yesterday were successfully escorted off the mountain, following two separate rescue operations.
