Gardaí investigating the murder of Patricia O'Connor, whose dismembered remains were found in the Dublin-Wicklow Mountains earlier this year, have arrested three people in connection with the investigation.
A 73-year-old man was arrested in Co Meath, while two women aged 19 and 38 were arrested in Dublin.
They are being detained at Bray and Wicklow Garda Stations, and can be questioned for up to 24 hours.
Ms O'Connor, 61, was first reported missing on 2 June.
Her remains were subsequently found scattered across a 30km area of Dublin and Wicklow later that month.
One man has already been charged with her murder and is currently before the courts.
